so as you can tell i was
just thinking about sushi. I really dislike sushi, it's really nasty. at least cook the poor criter, yah know what i mean? well i wrote a bit about fish. I'm not sure it clasifies as a poem, oh well.
Last Moments
A hook comes down
what's this?
oh look a little treat
I wonder, is it for me?
Shall we see?
first I'll circle this way
then I'll go round this way
Oh what fun!
look ma, look,
I'm playing with my food!
but mom's not here.
whew now I really need a snack and this is all for me
my own little worm

ow, what's that?
something's in my cheek
something biting real deep
that's not the worm is it?

trying to run but something pulls back
I've got to go I'll come play latter
but no, it's not letting go
slowly at first
then quicker,quicker
pulled back through the water.
then up,up...
ow,ow,ow let go you're hurting me!
blood in my mouth
sweet,sticky salty sweet
and still up I go.
no,no suddenly plunged into air
lungs work quick
mouth moves frantically
need to breath
thrashing to be free
thrashing to live
thrashing, thrashing
the world has one purpose
oh Mr. Worm you betrayed me
you tricked me and hurt me
and now I'll never swim in school
never come home to a long waiting mother
as the world blackens
oh ma, now I'll never play with food
down swift comes air
hit over the head
heart, my heart
no more
watching from fishy heaven
as a fisherman says,
"hey son,
I see you've got yourself a fish."

kinda sad i must say but just to let ya'll know i still eat fish, just cooked fish.
P.S. if you haven't already knowtised the format of these poems are off due to laziness and lack of time. as well as some other minor details. oh well...
